Who is this course for?

This training series is designed specifically managers, employers, supervisors and business owners who have an interest in expanding their knowledge and skills on how best to support their staff's mental health and wellness in the workplace.

How does it work?

After purchase, you will be prompted to create your own login password for the course on the learning platform called Thinkific. You will be able to see all of the chapters with several lessons in each that are mostly made up of short educational videos. Each chapter includes reflection questions and a discussion board where you can interact with the course trainers and other participants. You can work through the material at your own pace and go back to re-watch any of the lessons. You will receive an email automatically each week with an update on your progress in the course. Typically, participants are given 45 days to complete the whole course from the day you begin but this deadline can be adjusted if requested. Once you have finished all of the chapters you will be provided a certificate of completion.
